NARPRO names Sue Hooks Customer Satisfaction Manager

Jan 5 - NARPRO names Sue Hooks as their Customer Satisfaction Manager.  Sue will build and lead a team that will compile maintain the credentials of auto repair and auto body shops to make sure they consistently meet NARPRO's standards.  In addition Sue will be tasked with assisting NARPRO's franchisees in evaluating shops that apply for association memberships and interfacing with consumers.  Welcome, Sue.

IBD used NARPRO as a great example of how to drive traffic and sales by having a third-party "Cetificate of Approval".  NARPRO.com is a free-to-the-consumer Referral Service for Auto Repair and Auto Body Shops.  Shops must pass 26 tests to EARN their recommendation.  It feels great getting recognized by a publication like IBD.  The writer was Sonja Carberry.  The Article "Shop Talk" first appeared on line Dec 17, 2010 and in the paper on Dec 20th.
